Kalaratri
Tonight’s audio transmission for Navdurga Kaalratri/ Kalaratri.
Look at Her! Doesn’t she make you feel like you can take it up a notch? If you haven’t started the sadhana yet, let Her inspire you to start! If you have, maybe turn it up another minute or two, you can do it. If it’s tough, call upon Her. Look at Her -she’s got you! Jaja.
The next three days are also a great time to intensify anything you have been doing for SHERO FEST. Someone told me today that they are doing a thought-fast and keeping in mind the lessons from the book “The Four Agreements”. Watching your thoughts is excellent. Hint, they’re actually not as important as we think they are ;) Let them dissolve when you notice you’re caught up in storm of dialogue. With clear skies you can see the stars. How does that feel?
I plan on intensifying my food fast these last three days since we are now in the time of the “moon” of Navaratri with more of the transcendental theme. But doing a thought and reaction fast the next 3 days sounds great too. For reactions, it would just be to pause before answering people when asked a question, for at least a minute. Sounds hard but I have faith in Her, Kaalratri. Look at Her. She’s got my back. She’s got all our backs.
So here’s some chants for tonight.
This is more upbeat and may be good for your breathwork practice. The Chant Centrals are what I have been using.
This one above has super night vibes, and gets dancey. The one below is nice background music for anytime and appropriate for bedtime.
Nice Navaratri summary by Siddha Yoga’s Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.
