Pardon the disruption toward the end but it’s a relevant lesson for this cast. Ignore the calls that distract you from your peace ;) PLUR vibes and high frequencies are what will help shift to the new paradigm. Be the PLUR “in your work”.

P.S. Long story but I was listening to Regan on Mind Valley (the ad for her course on manifesting) and she was saying the same thing. That sometimes there is a frequency mismatch. What we think we want can’t come through because of what is happening internally. The frequencies are not aligned.
So remember - what’s inside is outside! Guru Rattana said this in a couple of her books (and she meant this in terms of feminism and environmentalism). Krishnamurti also said this often - my memory of his teaching had to do specifically with violence and changed the way I believed in the languaging of thoughts I perceived. And this is an application of “You must be the change you wish to see in the world”. It starts with all of us, every action. What we do creates (karmic) waves. It’s okay to feel but let the energy in motion (emotion) affecting “the waters” be still for accurate reflection before you make your move and send forth your spirit and energy. Response made from emotion is easy to co-opt or keep us in a spiraling vortex.
What do you want to send out? Match desire with appropriate response. Intake, settle, emerge, send forth!
